She is the Founder and Director of the Cosmetic Professional Development Institute of Australia (CPD Institute), a Registered Training Organisation, where she has influenced the training and professional development of over 10,000+ healthcare practitioners.
In addition, to her educational leadership, Nicky is the Founder and Owner of three established cosmetic clinics and practices as a Nurse Practitioner in aesthetic medicine. Her clinical scope includes the comprehensive facial assessment, diagnosis and management of patients seeking non-surgical cosmetic treatments. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety and ethical practice within cosmetic and general medicine practice.
