Nicky Tzimas is a prominent leader in facial aesthetics, recognised for her expertise in advanced clinical practice, procedural safety and aesthetic, non-surgical cosmetic treatments and education. She is the Founder and Director of the Cosmetic Professional Development Institute of Australia (CPD Institute), a Registered Training Organisation, where she has influenced the training and professional development of over 10,000+ healthcare practitioners.

In addition, to her educational leadership, Nicky is the Founder and Owner of three established cosmetic clinics and practices as a Nurse Practitioner in aesthetic medicine. Her clinical scope includes the comprehensive facial assessment, diagnosis and management of patients seeking non-surgical cosmetic treatments. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety  and ethical practice within cosmetic and general medicine practice.

A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Nicky regularly attends national and international aesthetic medicine conferences to remain at the forefront of evolving clinical techniques, regenerative approaches and safety advancements in cosmetic injectables.
